Sharon Thompson

Legal Manager

Sharon has provided in-house legal management for large multi-national companies for the past 10 years. She is a PACE certified paralegal and a member of the International Trademark Association, Washington State Paralegal Association and has over 20 years of legal experience.  At Taco Del Mar, Sharon is responsible for commercial and real estate leasing, contract review, operational aspects of the franchise agreement process, business litigation and commercial arbitration.  She is also active in trademark protection, including screening, searches and analysis and involved with all procedures pertaining to national and international intellection property rights.  Her experience has included management of discovery and trial preparation for complex business litigation matters.
