Speaking of successes, the owners of Taco Del Mar also will be opening a second store soon. Pat Engelhardt, franchise owner of the Mexican restaurant on the south side of town, said they'll be ready to open on Oct. 20 in the Landers Conoco on State Street. The 1,100-square-foot space will employ 12 new people, Engelhardt said. "People have just been begging us to get up north," he added.
