SEATTLE - Taco Del Mar, the 216-unit fast-casual Mexican chain based here, has added a line of combo platters, each priced at $5.99. The platters are made-to-order.

Three versions are offered: One with a meat quesadilla; a second with either enchiladas or tacos; and a third with a Baja Build-Your-Own burrito, assembled to order. All are served with rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream. Drinks are sold separately and the plates are microwaveable for re-heating, the chain said.
